Launch of the Guangzhou Computing Chip Industry Ecosystem Alliance

The Guangzhou Computing Chip Industry Ecosystem Conference was held in Huangpu District on October 29, with the Guangzhou Computing Chip Industry Ecosystem Alliance officially launched at the event. Under the theme “Uniting Computing Power in Guangzhou, Shaping the Future Through Chip Innovation,” the conference provided a platform connecting government, industry, universities, research institutions, end users and investors. Participants discussed key issues including technological upgrades to domestically developed computing chips, software and hardware adaptation, ecosystem compatibility and large-scale commercial deployment. The event aimed to promote collaborative innovation, resource sharing and mutually beneficial cooperation across the computing chip industry chain.

During a roundtable discussion, representatives from key companies across the computing industry’s supply chain explored application scenarios and market needs. They highlighted strong demand for domestically developed server CPUs and the need for a stable domestic supply. Participants agreed on the importance of building closer partnerships and better aligning their respective products with market needs. The dialogue built consensus among participants and opened up broader possibilities for cooperation.
