Guangzhou’s Huangpu Records 312,600 Tourist Visits During National Day Holiday

Guangzhou’s Huangpu District saw brisk cultural and tourism spending during the 2026 National Day holiday.

According to monitoring data from the Huangpu District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, 24 monitored sites across the district recorded a total of 312,600 tourist visits from October 1 to 7, an increase of 86,300 visits, or 38.15 percent, year on year.

Among these sites, the Whampoa Military Academy Memorial Hall recorded 93,800 visits, Huatingfang 42,000, and Longtoushan Forest Park 40,000.
