Two Auto Parts Projects Planned for Huangpu, Guangzhou

A plot of land designated JLZLG-C-4 in Guangzhou’s Huangpu District was recently acquired by Guangzhou Wodisen Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which plans to build a production base with an annual capacity of six million auto parts.

The project will occupy about 1.9 hectares and have a floor area ratio of 2.0 to 4.0. It plans to introduce advanced painting robots and build a fully automated, intelligent and digital painting line to produce interior and exterior parts, primarily for new energy vehicle manufacturers. With a total investment of 198 million yuan, the project is expected to generate annual output value of more than 500 million yuan once it reaches full production capacity.

The site lies south of the Guangzhou–Heyuan Expressway and has convenient transport links. Nearby projects in vehicle and parts manufacturing, including the XPeng Motors Industrial Park and Zhida New Energy Vehicle project, provide an established industrial base and opportunities for collaboration across the supply chain.

Jiangsu Chaoli Electric Manufacture Co., Ltd. recently acquired a 2.7-hectare industrial plot in the same area. It plans to build an auto parts production base for vehicle front-end cooling modules and integrated thermal management systems. The project involves an investment of about 240 million yuan and is expected to generate annual output value of more than 600 million yuan once it reaches full production capacity.
