On the afternoon of April 28, the event themed "'Sui Xiaoxin' Enters Clusters: China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City 'Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique, and New' Industrial Matchmaking Conference and 'One Park, One Policy' Launch Ceremony" was successfully held. At the event, Knowledge City Group officially unveiled its "One Park, One Policy" system. Simultaneously, the joint launch ceremony for the Knowledge City OPC Community and the Huangpu Intelligent Computing No. 1 Token Factory was held, accelerating the momentum of the artificial intelligence industry and facilitating the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
Cai Dayin, General Manager of the iSoftStone Greater Bay Area Computing Power Service Center, introduced the Huangpu Intelligent Computing No. 1 Token Factory at the ceremony. He stated that the factory relies on high-density A800 GPUs as its core computing power. Combined with a dispatching hub and a Token service layer, it delivers stable, billable, and governable Token services. This provides consistent, intelligent computing support for diverse scenarios—including healthcare, smart manufacturing, smart cities, and cutting-edge scientific research—igniting a new flywheel for AI industry development in Knowledge City.
A marketing executive from Knowledge City Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. explained that the "One Park, One Policy" initiative is driven by the "Sci-Tech Innovation Plus System" to develop eight core industrial park clusters. Relying on the differentiated and precise positioning of each park, it fosters an open, coordinated, and innovation-driven industrial development ecosystem. Additionally, supporting policies include a business incubation period, flexible short-term rentals, a "landlord + shareholder" model, enterprise growth awards, value-added benefit packages, and a leading enterprise partnership program. Notably, under the "landlord + shareholder" model, the park may explore converting part of the rent into equity for tenant enterprises with high growth potential, thereby transitioning from a landlord to a shareholder.
