Guangzhou Hosts Low-Altitude Economy Financial Industry Cooperation Conference

On April 10, the "Wings of the Future, Converging in Science City—Guangzhou Low-Altitude Economy Financial Industry Cooperation Conference" was successfully held at the Science City Innovation Park in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. During the event, the Financial and Investment Committee of the Guangzhou Low-Altitude Economy and Aerospace Industry Association was officially unveiled, aiming to drive the deep integration of financial resources with the low-altitude economy.

Focusing on industry-finance matchmaking within the low-altitude economy, the conference brought together government departments, financial institutions, and leading enterprises across the industrial chain to build a cooperative high ground for policy interpretation, industrial matchmaking, and financial empowerment. According to the association, the newly established Financial and Investment Committee aims to build a diversified financial service system covering the entire life cycle of low-altitude enterprises. It will focus on three key tasks: "securing funding, providing insurance, and building platforms." By promoting the normalized implementation of industrial funds, exclusive insurance products, and industry-finance matchmaking, the committee will provide both intellectual and capital support for the healthy development of the sector.

"Guangzhou boasts a robust industrial base and a comprehensive ecosystem for the low-altitude economy," noted a representative of the Guangzhou Low-Altitude Economy and Aerospace Industry Association. To date, the association has gathered over 120 enterprises from upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, covering whole-aircraft manufacturing, communications and navigation, core components, operational services, planning and design, finance and insurance, and scientific research. The representative further revealed that the association will host the Guangzhou International Low-Altitude Economy and Aerospace Expo from June 3 to 5. This event will gather leading global enterprises, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative achievements, serving as an industrial display window, an industry-academia-research matchmaking platform, and a bridge for international cooperation.
