The 24-hour litigation service hall of the Guangzhou Huangpu District People's Court has completed a comprehensive upgrade and officially commenced operation on January 26, 2026, providing the public with more efficient, convenient, and intelligent litigation services. Addition of AI Legal Service Terminals: These terminals provide self-service options such as intelligent legal consultation, procedural guidance, and answers to frequently asked questions, helping users quickly understand relevant legal knowledge and litigation procedures.
Addition of Self-Service Copying and Printing Equipment: Self-service photocopying and printing devices are now available on site,making it convenient for users to copy and print documents as needed and effectively meeting practical requirements for preparing litigation materials.
Integration with the "One Network" System: Litigation document printing terminals and case inquiry terminals have been fully connected to the "One Network" system, enabling one-stop document printing and real-time case progress inquiries, further enhancing information sharing efficiency and user convenience.
Upgraded Intelligent Cloud Locker System: Users can conveniently submit litigation materials to the presiding judge using the intelligent cloud lockers. This ensures the entire process of material submission and transfer is traceable and searchable, guaranteeing standardized and orderly handling.
The renovated 24-hour Litigation Service Hall will continue to uphold the principle of justice for the people. Empowered by technology, it breaks time constraints to deliver round-the-clock, intelligent, and one-stop litigation services.
