The Third Better Life Cross-Industry Innovation Conference Held in Huangpu, Guangzhou

Recently, the Guangdong Real Estate Industry Association, in collaboration with Science City (Guangzhou) Investment Group Co., Ltd., hosted the 2025 Annual Members Conference of the Guangdong Real Estate Industry Association and the Third Better Life Cross-Industry Innovation Conference in Huangpu, Guangzhou.

Wang Shao, President of the Guangdong Real Estate Industry Association, stated that high-quality development of the real estate sector lies in balancing economic considerations with people’s well-being. This involves achieving a four-dimensional unity of “stable growth, balanced development, environmental sustainability, and social equity,” balancing short-term stability with long-term sound development, and ultimately advancing the goal of building modern, people-centered cities.

During the conference, the Guangdong Real Estate Industry Association and Science City (Guangzhou) Investment Group Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation agreement and held a signing ceremony. The two sides will collaborate in areas including urban renewal, industrial operations, green and low-carbon development, and standards research, jointly creating benchmarks and demonstration models for enterprises’ participation in building modern, people-centered cities.

The conference featured a session titled “Dialogue on Huangpu—Innovative Practices in Building Modern People-Centered Cities,” where participants discussed the Huangpu experience and shared innovative practices. Additionally, an All-Industry Innovation Case Sharing Session was organized, where guests presented insights from the perspectives of products, communities, and technology, collectively exploring integrated innovation pathways that combine “robust products, quality services, and advanced technologies” as the real estate industry undergoes transformation and upgrading.
