Renderings unveiled for 220-meter financial landmark in Huangpu, Guangzhou

The topping-out and opening ceremony was recently held for the Guangkai Asset Management Tower, developed by Guangzhou Development District Holding Group Limited (GDD Holding). Standing about 220 meters tall, the tower refreshes the district’s skyline and becomes a new riverside financial-digital-integration landmark for Yuzhu Bay.

At present, the area has already attracted several headquarters projects, and is emerging as one of Guangzhou’s key demonstration zones for financial agglomeration, digital-industry integration, and riverside vitality.
