Another Listed Company Joins the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industrial Base

Recently, Uxin Limited, a leading listed used car retailer in China, officially settled in the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industrial Base of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. At the signing ceremony, Uxin Limited and the Guangzhou Development District Administrative Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement, while Uxin Limited and Guangzhou Zhiyuan New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Development District Transportation Investment Group, signed an operational cooperation agreement. The parties will jointly build a modern automotive industrial complex that integrates intelligent remanufacturing with one-stop retail services, pressing the "fast-forward button" on the development of the intelligent connected and new energy vehicle industry chain in Guangzhou Development District and Huangpu District.

Project Rendering

The Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industrial Base project in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is jointly developed by Guangzhou Zhiyuan New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Development District Transportation Investment Group, and Uxin Limited. The project is located in the southern part of the Knowledge City, south of the Guangzhou-Hezhou Expressway and west of the Avenue of Knowledge, near North Zhenglong Metro Station. Covering an area of approximately 52,000 square meters with a planned total investment of 1 billion yuan, the project will feature a modern, intelligent automotive remanufacturing plant and a one-stop factory outlet. It will provide comprehensive services across the entire used car business chain, including repair, refurbishment, warehousing, display, trading, ownership transfer, and after-sales services. The project aims to extend the local automotive industry chain, establish a benchmark industrial model, and build a nationally leading automobile remanufacturing brand, thereby enriching the local automotive aftermarket ecosystem.
