Guangzhou Development District and Bari, Italy Hold Online Cooperation Exchange Meeting and Signing Ceremony

On the afternoon of September 17 (Beijing time), Guangzhou Development District (Huangpu District) and the city of Bari, Italy, jointly held an online cooperation exchange and signing ceremony. During the event, the two sides signed the Memorandum of Understanding between Guangzhou Development District and the City of Bari, marking the beginning of a new chapter in in-depth collaboration across multiple fields.
During the meeting, Peter Helis, Global Investment Promotion Director of Guangzhou Development District, and Theresa Mulloy, representative from Bari and the Apulia Region, presented their respective regions’ industrial strengths, investment environments, and cooperation proposals, highlighting both sides’ development dynamism and collaborative potential. Business representatives from both regions noted that the meeting provided a valuable platform for exchange, and expressed high expectations for further exploring opportunities in industrial and economic cooperation.
