Guangzhou Xiangxue Time officially opened to the public on August 21. Guangzhou’s first park-oriented development (POD) retail complex, the project was jointly developed by Knowledge City (Guangzhou) Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Poly Business & Tourism Management Co., Ltd. as a flagship project under their “Time” series.

Located in the Luogang area of Huangpu District, the complex sits directly above Luogang Station, which serves Guangzhou Metro Lines 6 and 7, and is adjacent to the Baoneng Guangzhou International Sports and Performing Arts Center. It is expected to attract more than 2 million visits annually from people attending nearby cultural and sporting events as well as office workers in the surrounding area.

During the opening period, Xiangxue Time and its tenants are offering promotional deals, including 50%-off vouchers covering dining, retail and lifestyle services. The complex is also hosting South China’s first “Song Song Ice Festival,” featuring more than 50 popular brands from Suzhou and Hangzhou, along with a Matthew IP exhibition, a capybara-themed park and South China’s first vintage go-kart exhibition, offering Huangpu residents a diverse range of leisure experiences.
