On October 30, the 32nd Guangzhou Garden Expo (Autumn Session) officially opened with a grand ceremony. Under the theme “Blooming Bay Area · Green and Beautiful Guangzhou · Wonderful National Games,” this year’s expo features 38 exquisite gardens and 64 floral art installations. The main exhibition areas — including Flower City Square, Linjiang Avenue, Haixinsha, and Ersha Island — showcase themed gardens such as the International Master Garden, Bay Area Garden, National Games Garden, and Flower City Green Garden. Covering a total planned area of about 15.3 hectares, the expo offers visitors an immersive experience of Guangzhou’s unique charm as the “Millennium Flower City.”

Among the highlights, the Huangpu Garden “Fuxu Bathing in the Sun · Huangpu Sailing Clouds,” jointly created by Guangzhou Development District and Huangpu District, stood out. The garden not only received the expo’s highest honor — the Gold Award for Landscape Design and Greening — but also won the Best Construction Award for its superb craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
