On August 27, the launch ceremony of the Greater Bay Area Cultural Export Base and the Bay Area Digital-Intelligence Film & Television Port took place at Linghui East Plaza in Changling Subdistrict, Huangpu District, Guangzhou.

The Cultural Export Base (hereinafter referred to as the “Base”) is a key project of Guangdong’s film and television industry and a pilot park for cultural export. It is invested and developed by Lingtou Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Science City Group, with Zhongguancun Yigu responsible for investment promotion and operations. Covering over 200,000 square meters, the Base focuses on “digital-intelligence technology + film & TV content ecosystem + capital empowerment.” It aims to provide end-to-end services for cultural and creative enterprises in fields such as film and television, short dramas, gaming, VR/MR, and more—supporting them from content creation to global expansion.

Open to creators worldwide, the competition invites submissions of works developed with AI technologies, including micro-dramas, film and television scripts, digital humans, short videos, interactive film-games, and VR-based immersive content.
