Huangpu emphasizes residential environment development

Huangpu district places great importance on the construction of residential environments.

To achieve the goal of "initial results in three years", the district is deeply engaged in the implementation of the "Five Initiatives" in various towns and streets, as well as the development of "Beautiful Homes, Quality Communities". The plan includes the completion of environmental improvements and enhancements at over 170 locations across 17 towns and streets, as well as the advancement of ecological aesthetics along key transportation routes such as high-speed railways and highways.

Simultaneously, efforts are being coordinated to enhance the quality of the Tianlu Lake area, creating exemplary models for aesthetic improvements and beautiful rural corridors.

Additionally, the comprehensive construction of a park city is being promoted, enhancing the four-tier urban and rural park system. By the end of 2025, a total of over 2,200 mu (146.67 hectares) of various green spaces will be newly built, aiming to enhance the district's appearance and quality.
