Huangpu gathers social forces

There is a broad convergence of social forces in Huangpu district. The new type of assistance and collaborative work is leading the province, with a situation where the government guides, multiple parties participate, and cooperative efforts are beginning to take shape.

Specific measures include promoting the high-quality development of the Guangzhou-Qingyuan Special Cooperation Zone, aiming for industrial total output value to exceed 35 billion yuan ($4.85 billion) by 2025. The district continues to advance the "1,000 Enterprises Assisting 1,000 Towns, 10,000 Enterprises Vitalizing 10,000 Villages" initiative, achieving 100 percent coverage of typical village assistance by enterprises.

Furthermore, it is driving partnerships between university student task forces and towns, advancing the three-year action plan of "100,000 College Students into Huangpu", and gathering a strong force for co-building, co-governing, and sharing.
