In order to achieve significant progress within three years, Huangpu has set clear goals. By 2025, the economic growth rate should not be less than 5 percent, with the total output value of large-scale industries exceeding 830 billion yuan ($115.1 billion), and fixed asset investment surpassing 210 billion yuan.
The annual plan includes attracting over 400 high-quality industrial projects, promoting the commencement of 180 projects, conducting trial production for 120 projects, and completing industrial investments exceeding 60 billion yuan. Various areas, such as Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City and Guangzhou Science City, have their focuses, aiming to establish new quality productive hubs and innovation demonstration zones.
Furthermore, a high-standard plan is in place to construct a "Pastoral Ecological CBD", providing diverse spatial opportunities for industrial development.
