Set against the backdrop of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the play focuses on the hardworking individuals in this vibrant region. They are pioneers, dream chasers, and protagonists of the new era, painting a magnificent picture of national rejuvenation.
The music of the production blends Lingnan style with modern symphonies. The stage backdrop features the skyline of Zhujiang New Town, recreating the miracle of the "Huangpu Speed" through light and shadow; the narrative connects the coordinates of the Greater Bay Area era through real stories.
The premiere was a success, selected for the National Creation Action Plan and funded by the National Arts Fund.
After a 2025 upgrade, the production aims to resonate more deeply with audiences, evoking a powerful sense of "coming home".
