The project spans a total area of 110 mu (7.33 hectares), with a total construction area of approximately 230,000 square meters and a total investment of around 1.8 billion yuan ($245.16 million), focusing on the medical equipment and pharmaceutical research and development manufacturing industries. It aims to create a high-quality development aggregation platform for the biopharmaceutical industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, facilitating the overflow of related innovative resources and industrial transfer.

The project is designed around research and development headquarters as standalone buildings and high-standard multi-story factories, establishing a comprehensive service platform that offers one-stop services from research and development support to market channels, empowering companies for all-round development.

In terms of support services, the project features an external three-dimensional system of "transportation network + industry support + living facilities" and internal facilities, including high greenery landscaping, enterprise-friendly service platforms, corporate exhibition spaces, a central cafeteria, talent apartments, and other comprehensive amenities to meet the diverse needs of companies and employees.

In the future, this place will evolve into an industrial ecosystem integrating research and development, production, office, and living spaces.
