Huangpu rolls out high-value jobs, startup perks

On April 13, Guangzhou is set to host the "Million Talents Gathering in Guangdong" 2025 City Joint Spring Recruitment Event (Beijing Station).

As a pioneer of this action plan in Guangdong province, Huangpu district will conduct special talent recruitment sessions at Tsinghua University and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

This event has many highlights. It features 1,557 high-paying positions from 100 high-quality enterprises, with the highest annual salary reaching 2 million yuan ($272,600). There are also multiple high-paying positions covering cutting-edge fields, precisely matching the majors of Beijing universities, with some positions being simultaneously released online.

There are also 30 high-quality career planning positions available on-site, along with doctoral career planning roles in the health system that facilitate off-campus entrepreneurship and part-time innovation after employment.

The "Huangpu Employment Agents" team will provide thoughtful services to meet the needs of job seekers.

Additionally, it will introduce a youth entrepreneurship package designed to comprehensively empower young entrepreneurs by providing access to funding, venues, and essential industrial chain resources, addressing their concerns, and launching six major talent services.

The project will also set up 10 magnificent booths that will offer immersive experiences and employment services, highlighting the overall strength of Guangzhou city and Huangpu district.

Huangpu invites university students to explore opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship within this initiative.
