China Southern Power Grid listed on Hurun global list

The Hurun Research Institute recently released the 2024 Hurun Global High-Quality Enterprises List, which included China Southern Power Grid, headquartered in Huangpu district.

The list is based on the market value or valuation of enterprises, taking into account multiple factors such as innovation, sustainable development, and social responsibility.

China Southern Power Grid provides electricity services to five provinces and regions including Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Hong Kong and Macao. The company promotes the construction of digital power grids, widely applying technologies such as drones, communications, and artificial intelligence. It has fully implemented drone inspections for power lines of 220 kilovolts and above and unmanned operation in 99.5 percent of substations.
