Important progress made on Huangpu expressway

Significant progress has recently been made on the south section of Guangzhou Science City to Guangzhou Sino-Singapore Knowledge City expressway.

This expressway is one of the three major "arteries" in Huangpu district, spanning a total length of 13.5 kilometers and divided into three sections: south, north, and north extension. The south section starts from the intersection of the Outer Ring Road and Outer Ring A Line in the south and extends to the east side of Shuisheng Reservoir in the north, with a total length of approximately 6.24 km. Once the entire project is completed, it will take an estimated 13 minutes to travel from the knowledge city to the science city.

The left line of the Huangqishan Tunnel, which has been connected, is approximately 1.43 km long, while the right line is around 1.51 km long.

After the remaining sections and decoration are completed, full connectivity will be achieved from Yongshun Avenue to the east side of Shuisheng Reservoir, enhancing the main road network structure in Huangpu and driving development along the corridor.
