Luogang to host vibrant Chinese New Year celebrations

As the Spring Festival approaches, Luogang sub-district has launched a series of Chinese New Year activities, bringing a grand cultural feast to the residents.

These activities include Spring Festival garden tours, intangible cultural heritage handicraft making, lion dance performances for New Year greetings, and lantern riddle guessing.

From Jan 10 to 24, the various communities in Luogang sub-district are filled with an intense festive atmosphere, hosting various unique and entertaining games such as the Golden Snake Brings Blessings.

From Jan 10 to Feb 28, the Stone Fun Garden in Xiangxue Park will host a Plum Blossom Special Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, showcasing artworks inspired by plum blossoms.

On Feb 2, Xiangxue Park is set to host a lion dance performance to bring blessings for the new year and deepen young people's understanding of traditional culture.

On Jan 29, various communities in Luogang sub-district will also host lion dance activities to add a joyful atmosphere to the Chinese New Year. Additionally, there will be activities such as writing New Year wishes, watching movies, and participating in intangible cultural heritage handicraft making, allowing children to experience the festive atmosphere of Spring Festival.
