The project responds to dual carbon goals in its design and construction by introducing a globally leading centralized cooling microgrid system to achieve energy savings and emission reductions. It complies with LEED Platinum and China's Green Building Three-Star standards, contributing to creating carbon-neutral urban demonstration areas.
The Kowloon Lake area, as the urban core of the knowledge city, is developing the Kowloon Lake core area, planning major projects such as the Science and Technology Museum, International Conference Center, and Zhuhui Tower, aiming to create a comprehensive area integrating knowledge services, business support, and headquarters economic functions.
