Guangzhou's Huangpu welcomes 1st EasyBus service

Recently, the first batch of EasyBus services in Guangzhou started operating, piloting in some regions of the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.

Citizens must tap their phone screens to enjoy personalized smart bus services with real-time booking, dynamic stops, and nearby stations.

This new product, created in collaboration between Guangzhou Bus Group and Chinese ride-sharing giant DiDi Chuxing, disrupts the traditional bus model by enabling on-demand dispatch through app hailing, transforming the concept of "passengers wait for a bus" into "buses wait for passengers".

The buses, using 7-meter medium-sized commercial vehicles, are agile and offer passengers a comfortable travel environment. The station and route planning is enhanced, based on real-time traffic conditions and passenger demands.

For just 3 yuan ($0.4), citizens can enjoy convenient "hailing a bus" and "door-to-door" experiences, meeting diverse travel needs and enhancing transportation convenience and service quality.

In the future, Guangzhou Bus Group is poised to continue to innovate travel services, providing citizens with higher-quality smart bus services.

Additionally, EasyBus is set to launch a direct service from Huangpu to Hong Kong, offering citizens a more convenient travel option.
