Huangpu welcomes new community

On Aug 8, the Yunlyu community was unveiled in Yunpu street, Huangpu district. Located on the east side of Suinan Road, the community covers an area of approximately 0.38 square kilometers and accommodates two housing estates with around 6,800 permanent residents.

The community is equipped with educational institutions, including schools and kindergartens, a farmer's market, a community health service center, a cultural station, and various service centers. There are two office locations in the community, the neighborhood committee office and the comprehensive service center office.

Since the preparations began on July 3, 2023, the community work team has continuously expanded focusing on exploring mechanisms for livelihood services, enhancing community functions, and delivering comprehensive public services emphasizing environmental improvement, travel safety, and cultural life.

The preparation team has also devoted efforts to creating a beautiful green community brand by spearheading the construction of tailored pocket parks. The development of these forests is centered around specific themes such as corporate and parent-child, with the purpose of painting a green and aesthetically pleasing environment conducive to creating a happy home.
