New commercial complex to build in Huangpu

The Kelinghui Project, located in the Changlingju area south of Yongshun Avenue, represents a key link between Guangzhou Science City and the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.

The initial phase covers approximately 29,942.69 square meters, with a total construction area of 103,450.19 sq m and includes 681 parking spaces. This phase features standalone commercial units and high-rise office headquarters, creating a substantial commercial complex. The development includes a high-rise office tower and three multi-story buildings with one or two underground levels. Planned amenities include large-scale dining options, mid-to-high-end hotels, and children's entertainment facilities, catering to both local and surrounding community needs.

Strategically located in the scenic Changling Street, the project benefits from a 50 percent forest coverage and 80 percent ecological green space. It serves as a hub with excellent transportation links, including major highways such as the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, Jiguang, and Guangzhou Ring expressways. The area is well-served by public transport, with access to Metro Lines 21 and 7, the Huangpu Tram Line 1, and the Fenghuangshan Tunnel, providing a 30-minute commute to Guangzhou's central business district.

The area, surrounded by over 15 high-end residential complexes, is home to a vibrant community of 50,000-80,000 residents. With nearby comprehensive medical, educational, and industrial facilities, the Kelinghui Project is set to enhance the commercial landscape in the Changling area.
