The 26-story super high-rise building in Phase IV of Guangzhou Knowledge City Square, located in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, recently saw the topping off of its main structure.

With a total height of 249.5 meters and 51 floors, this building will serve as a super high-rise structure integrating offices, hotels, commercial spaces, and more.
Floors 1 to 39 are designated as super Grade A office spaces, while floors 41 to 51 are designed as a five-star hotel spanning over 30,000 square meters.
The total construction area of the Knowledge City Square project is approximately 780,000 square meters, constituting a comprehensive industrial park encompassing diverse functions like intellectual property services, high-end commerce, and cultural exhibitions.
The park has already attracted a number of leading enterprises in the new-generation information technology sector, including Biren Technology, Stream Computing, Dataa Technology, and DtDream Factory.
Furthermore, the park will see projects such as the China Automotive Intellectual Property Utilization Promotion Center, the Intellectual Property Judgment Building of the Huangpu District People's Court, and the International Intellectual Property Service Hall of the Guangzhou Knowledge City, with plans to build a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Intellectual Property-themed Smart Library.
