Key projects land in Guangzhou Knowledge City

In recent times, a series of significant projects have taken root in Guangzhou Knowledge City, Huangpu district.

The construction of the Guangzhou Harrow International School for Foreign Children has started. It is poised to set a new benchmark for international education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The main structure is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.

Furthermore, the high-end rehabilitation medical center project has recently been signed and established. This center, combining rehabilitation, medical care, and nursing services, boasts a total investment of 500 million yuan ($68.74 million) and plans for 600 beds. It aims to boost the development of the high-end health and wellness industry.

The research, development, and production headquarters project of Xinde Technology has topped out. The project, poised for success, aims to establish a research and production hub in the field of optical communication network access equipment in China, with a total construction area of approximately 55,000 square meters, projecting annual revenues exceeding 1.2 billion yuan upon full operation.

Additionally, the trial production line of the Farasis Energy Guangzhou Base has been initiated. Its core technology, the Super Pouch Solution (SPS) for power batteries, has transitioned into industrialization, meeting the demands of future new energy vehicles.

The Guofeng Investment Greater Bay Area Fund, the first 10-billion-yuan fund to launch, is serving as a bridge between physical industries and the capital market, fostering interactive development.
