Huangpu showcases multifaceted project expansion

In recent days, the construction pace of Huangpu projects has shown no signs of slowing down, spanning across multiple sectors.

Recently, the Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment Group secured the site for the Guangzhou Disruptive Technology Innovation Industrial Park, spanning 120,000 square meters in Zhixin Guangzhou Knowledge City. The plan is to establish it as a national disruptive technology operational platform and a global collaborative innovation acceleration platform, integrating functions such as research and development, trial production, training, exchange, and exhibition.

The Guangzhou Knowledge City Southern Seas Holdings Group has recently taken over the operation and management service project of the Wuchong to Dajisha Ferry Crossing, offering end-to-end services from boarding to island arrival and departure.

China Communications Construction Company Fourth Harbor Engineering Company secured the construction general contracting project for the Langgo Technology China Headquarters project, located on Luogang Street, Huangpu. The project aims to establish intelligent manufacturing, research and development, and data centers.

Furthermore, the establishment of the Guangzhou Bio Island Life Science Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Fund will support seed-stage and early-stage technological innovation projects in the biopharmaceutical sector to meet the full-cycle financing needs.

The South China Regional Hazardous Waste Environmental Risk Prevention and Control Technology Center construction project's survey and design were awarded to Guangzhou Huasen Enterprise. This project will drive innovation in hazardous waste risk prevention and control technology in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

These projects underscore the collaborative efforts between State-owned enterprises and private enterprises, embracing the boundless possibilities of the future.
