Huangpu seizes opportunities brought by major projects

Huangpu district and Guangzhou High-Tech Zone have seized the new opportunities brought about by innovative productivity, focusing on emerging and future industries and implementing a series of promising projects.

The Smart Mobility Industry Space project is located at No 9 Xinrui Road, with a total land area of approximately 86,000 square meters. It is positioned as an intelligent automotive industry space, dedicated to promoting the electrification, networking, and intelligence of the automotive industry. It aims to create a specialized industrial park with industrial small and medium-sized enterprises at the core, with partial completion expected by October.

The Smart Industry Space project is situated at No 5 Dongming Second Road, with a total land area of about 54,000 sq m. It is designated as a digital economic industry space, focusing on building an innovation and entrepreneurship base for the electronic information industry. Partial completion is expected by December.

The Smart Manufacturing Industry Space project is located at No 22 Nanxiang Second Road, with a total land area of 48,000 sq m. It will serve as an intelligent equipment industry space, aiming to create a high-end industrial aggregation area for advanced manufacturing in the smart city field. It is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026.

The continuous enhancement of these projects showcases the immense potential and prospects for future industrial development in Huangpu.
