Huangpu marks urban renewal progress with Shuangsha housing lottery

Guangzhou Huangpu district's Shuangsha project in the Shuanggang area held its first phase of the resettlement housing lottery on March 2 and 3, marking a new milestone in the district's urban renewal efforts.

The project is expected to be delivered in the third quarter, providing local villagers with eagerly awaited new homes. As a benchmark project for urban renewal in Guangzhou, the Shuangsha project covers a total construction area of about 3.3 million square meters, becoming a significant milestone in the construction of the Maritime Silk Road City.

This lottery event demonstrates Huangpu's active commitment to improving living environments and enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
