Huangpu advances with incubator developments

Guangzhou Development District Holding Group completed the acquisition of six plots in the Hongren Old Factory area on Dec 5.

These plots are located within the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City and cover a total area of about 250,000 square meters. They will be transformed into an upgraded version of a technology enterprise incubator. 

Huangpu has become one of the most active regions in the province in terms of incubator construction. It boasts a complete incubation system comprising co-creation spaces, incubators, accelerators, and science parks. This has led to the nurturing of numerous outstanding enterprises, including Guangzhou Jet Bio-Filtration and Hexin Instruments.
