CSGKC's landmark project caps off

The Huangpu district CSGKC Industry Aggregation Service Center project recently capped its main structure, marking an important milestone in the development of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC).

Located in the northern startup area of CSGKC, the project covers a total construction area of 480,000 square meters. It will integrate a transport hub, science and technology innovation industries, and high-end talent resources. 

The project combines knowledge-intensive services and high-value-added manufacturing, while also creating a transportation channel from Jiufu Intercity Station to Xinnan Subway Station. This project is expected to be completed by 2025.

The capping of this project not only demonstrates Guangzhou's excellent construction speed and quality but also highlights its ambition to achieve urban-industrial integration.

CSGKC is actively promoting the development of the knowledge-based economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is equipped with quality educational and medical resources, such as the CSGKC Campus of the South China Normal University Affiliated Secondary School, and the Huangpu Branch of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. 

With the continuous improvement of infrastructure and service facilities, the quality of life for residents in CSGKC has been on the rise, injecting new vitality into the overall development of Guangzhou and the Greater Bay Area.
