On Aug 23, construction officially began on the C11 building, part of the urban vitalization project west of Maogang Road, introducing an additional 186 resettlement homes to the Tangkou area.

The site is slated to house 10 residential towers, fully equipped with comprehensive community amenities.

To date, the redevelopment project west of Maogang Road has outlined plans for a total of 586 resettlement units, with an expectation to deliver four buildings to residents by the Spring Festival in 2024. Following the handing over of its completed initial phase in 2021, the project has seen an impressive occupancy rate of over 95 percent.

As Huangpu looks to the future, its commitment to accelerating urban transformation projects is widely said to remain unwavering, emphasizing its dedication to enhancing urban living standards.
