Huangpu examines biopharma collaborations at Shanghai forum

A life and health industry collaboration seminar about Guangzhou's Huangpu district in South China was held in Shanghai on Aug 18 - aiming to highlight investment opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The event enjoyed the participation of 20 industry-leading corporations among Global Fortune 500 companies, including renowned names like Pfizer.

Huangpu showcased its appeal for foreign investments, with a particular emphasis on its HK-Macao Medical Equipment Express policy.

Multinational giants such as Switzerland's Longsha and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, expressed their affirmation of Huangpu's initiatives and voiced keen interest in collaborating.

In a bid to extend its global outreach, Huangpu has already dispatched delegations to Europe, the Middle East, and Northeast Asia to explore potential partnerships.
