Huangpu's one-stop service initiatives boost government efficiency

Huangpu has taken a significant stride in governmental efficiency by introducing 100 streamlined "One-stop Service" initiatives on Aug 7.

This innovative program consolidates various administrative tasks into a singular process, enabling businesses and citizens to handle multiple related tasks with a single application, form, and submission.

According to recent statistics, since the program's launch, it has reduced the required application materials by 21.4 percent, cut processing times by 62.9 percent, and decreased the need for physical visits to government offices by 76.2 percent.

This modernization is not just convenient, but it is also a strategic component of a broader administrative reform aimed at enhancing the accessibility of government services. This reflects a committed effort to alleviate bureaucratic burdens and increase responsiveness to the public's needs.
