Changping community renovation project begins in Huangpu

On May 9, a ceremony was held to mark the beginning of the construction of the Changping Community old village renovation project on Changling Street in Huangpu district, Guangzhou.

The project aims to create a public service center for Changling Street, providing high-quality living services and an industrial development space.

With a focus on developing high-end technology innovation and outdoor tourism industries, the project aims to comprehensively improve the collective economic development level and income of the local residents.

The first phase of the project is located between Yongshun Avenue and Changxian Road and has a planned land area of about 3.62 hectares.

After the whole project is completed, it will provide at least one renovated house for each household in the Changping community. The project is set to create a multi-functional complex that integrates commercial, educational, and healthcare services. This will enhance land use efficiency and public service development within the district.
