2nd phase of CSGKC Square completed

The second phase of the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) Square project has been completed and is ready for use.

The project includes office buildings, along with connecting corridors, underground parking areas, and a bus terminal. This phase has a total building area of approximately 141,300 square meters.

The first and second phases of the project, which have a combined building area of approximately 780,000 square meters, have been completed, while the third phase is over 70 percent complete.

The façade panels of the Knowledge Tower project have been installed up to the 9th floor, and the main core of the project is expected to be completed by October this year. The entire project is estimated to be completed in the first half of 2025.
