Huangpu reports progress on 3 key projects

Three major projects in Huangpu district have recently seen notable progress in their construction.

The second phase of the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City project, which includes office buildings, a corridor, and a basement, has now been completed and inspected. The office buildings all have five stories above ground and two basement levels. The buildings are about 30 meters tall, and the total above-ground construction area is approximately 17,046 square meters.

Building 3 of the first phase of the Guangzhou State-Owned Lingtou Agriculture, Industry, and Commerce United Company reserved land development project is topped out. This marks an important construction milestone, as it is the tallest main building of the entire project.

Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial held a celebration to mark the launch of the Hefeng smart manufacturing base on March 18. The project will further promote the rapid development of numerically controlled machine tools, robotics, and other industries
