Huangpu district accelerates construction of projects for economic growth

Huangpu district in Guangzhou is making significant progress in various projects that are set to boost the area's economic development. 

One of the projects, the Sany Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park, is located in the Yunpu Industrial Zone and will feature a full industry chain innovation park for research, design, display, trial production, testing, sales, and industry services. The park will be an attractive location for mid to high-end businesses and talents.

Another project that will have a significant impact on the area is the Intellectual Property Service Park in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. This is a demonstration project for the application and protection of intellectual property rights. The project, with a total investment of $1.33 billion, covers an area of about 780,000 square meters and will soon be available for use.

In addition, Guangzhou Innovation Investment Development Company recently signed a lease intention agreement for buildings A1-A7 in Phase I of the Bohui Business Circle. The leased area covers approximately 29,000 sq m and will be developed into a cultural industrial park.

Huangpu district's No 2 tramline is currently undergoing an initial safety assessment before it can commence operations. The tram line will be an important transportation link and will improve connectivity in the area.
