2023 National Fitness Hiking Trail League to kick off

The 2023 National Fitness Hiking Trail League will kick off on March 19 at Huangpu's Changling Street, offering a range of categories to suit all fitness levels, including speed, team relay, family, and general fitness options.

The long-distance individual race covers a total distance of 27.6 kilometers and includes three checkpoints, four supply stations (including the finish line), as well as five medical stations (including the start and finish lines). The shorter 13.9-km race features two checkpoints, three supply stations (including the finish line), as well as four medical stations (including the start and finish lines).

The general fitness category covers a total distance of 11.6 km, while the family category has a distance of 2.9 km. The family category also includes a unique challenge at each activity point where parents and children can team up to complete a fun and interactive course together.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful scenery of Huangpu's Changling Street while engaging in healthy physical activity. With ample support stations along the routes, safety, and well-being are a top priority for the organizers.

The event promises to be an exciting and memorable experience for all involved, whether participants are seasoned hikers or a beginner looking to try something new.
