Huangpu International Talent Reception Hall opens to better serve talents

The inauguration ceremony for the Huangpu International Talent Reception Hall was held in Huangpu district on March 10. On the same day, a one-stop service area for talent was also unveiled, to optimize the district's talent entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

There are four themed reception rooms in the reception hall, which bring together diverse services such as job publicity, talent communication and exchange, and science demonstration. The reception hall also offers eight exclusive talent services and consultants to provide advice and offer guidance.

The one-stop service area for talents is located in area A, on the 4th floor of the Huangpu district government service center. It provides 389 service functions for talents such as household registration, immigration, title assessment, children's education, and housing security.

Based on cultivating, introducing, and utilizing talents in all aspects, Huangpu has improved its "industry + project + talent" mechanism to promote the introduction of talents and its industrial development. 

To date, the district has gathered 118 academic projects and 1,390 high-level talents, ranking first in Guangzhou.

Huangpu is home to many high-level research institutes and academician workstations.
