Huangpu government-subsidized housing project makes strides

The public rental housing and limited-price housing model rooms of the government-subsidized housing project (phase II) in the central urban area of Luogang have successfully passed the acceptance process.

The second phase is located west of Shuixi Road in Huangpu district and south of the Guangzhou-Huizhou Expressway, about 600 meters away from Shuixi Station where Metro Line 7 and Line 21 intersect.

With a planned construction area of 400,000 square meters, it is one of the key projects in Guangzhou to boost people's livelihoods.

The project will include a multi-functional complex community integrating commercial events and entertainment to further improve the urban living environment.
