Construction of national innovation base in CSGKC makes progress

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area National Technology Innovation Base, located in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC), recently completed the topping of its main structure.

The base is located in the south start-up area of CSGKC, adjacent to Phoenix Lake and Hetangxia Subway Station.

With a total construction area of over 133,000 square meters, the base has been designed and constructed in accordance with international super-grade A office building standards and national three-star green building standards.

It will become a high-end platform for scientific and technological innovation industry applications and will be the headquarters of several projects after its completion.

The base is expected to be completed and in operation in June 2024.
