Updated : 2022-11-25

The Huangpu district bureau of culture, radio, film, and tourism recently issued the "Work Plan of the Huangpu District Public Cultural Facilities Alliance."

The alliance aims to further improve the public service system for cultural matters in the district, promote the optimal allocation of public cultural resources, explore mechanisms for sharing these services in various industry sectors, and enhance the operational vitality and service effectiveness of public cultural facilities.

Some 27 departments and units in the district led by the same bureau came together to set up the alliance and will promote its construction and operation on a step-by-step basis.

The alliance will use the Memorial Museum of the 1911 Revolution, Huangpu Library, Huangpu Cultural Center, Guangzhou Maritime Museum, and other public cultural facilities as its main venues, with "institutional innovation and resource sharing" as its construction and development goal.

By building innovative mechanisms, strengthening the use of public cultural facilities and resources, as well as promoting the cultivation of the union's public cultural brand, the alliance will make every effort to reach its goal.

This is also expected to optimize the allocation of public cultural resources across the region, integrate cultural influences into various industry sectors, as well as create better synergy among public cultural services.
