Concrete was recently poured on the ground structure of Building 26 of the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Plaza's Phase Fourth project, marking a new stage in the main structure's construction.

Located in the core area of the south start-up zone of CSGKC, the plaza covers a total construction area of about 780,000 square meters. Being developed in four phases, the plaza is a demonstration project of the national pilot zone for comprehensive reform of the use and protection of intellectual property rights.

The fourth phase of the project covers an area of 23,600 sqm, with a total construction area of about 256,500 square meters and a total investment of 3.99 billion yuan. It will include two super high-rise buildings, podium buildings, and an underground area.

Among them, Building 25 is a 180-meter super high-rise building, which will include an intellectual property museum and an office building of companies' headquarters. The 51-floor Building 26 is a 246-meter super high-rise building, bringing together super grade-A headquarters office buildings and five-star hotels.
