Yunpu sub-district has been improving the gradient cultivation system of enterprises. It has also increased support for innovation and entrepreneurship in recent years.

According to the three levels of national "little giants", provincial-level specialized, elaborative, characteristic, and innovative enterprises, as well as innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, Yunpu has established a dynamic information database for the 369 enterprises above designated size, organized various policy promotion meetings, as well as guided enterprises to strengthen their weak points.
