Luxury hotel in Guangzhou intl bio island opens

The Xanadu.

The Xanadu, a subsidiary of Guangzhou Xiangxue Pharmaceutical, opened on Guangzhou International Bio Island in Guangzhou's Huangpu district recently.

The hotel project is an auxiliary service facility of the Guanzhou International Biological Forum. It will provide international-level services for the talents and experts working at high-tech biomedical enterprises on the island, as well as provide modern scientific and technological health experiences for citizens and tourists.

The Guanzhou International Bio Forum is a high-end academic forum in Guangzhou focusing on the innovation and development of the global bio-industry. It is also one of the most important scientific events in the international bio-science community. Previously, the forum announced that it would permanently settle in Guangzhou International Bio Island.

The hotel provides 276 comfortable guest rooms and suites, as well as a 1,500-square-meter grand ballroom and four multi-function halls, equipped with outdoor balconies. It also houses a semi-enclosed 600-sq-m indoor sky swimming pool, as well as Cantonese, Japanese, and other specialty restaurants, providing services for large-scale conferences and talents on the island.

The opening of the Xanadu will help the island to further improve its business reception and leisure service attributes, as well as provide more diversified choices for business people and local residents who come to the island.
