Several key projects in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) in Huangpu district have made new progress in construction, local media outlets reported on July 19.

The CSGKC campus of the Affiliated High School of South China Normal University has finished pouring concrete on the first floors of the lecture hall, teaching annex and laboratory buildings to stay on schedule for the school's expected opening in 2023.

The 330-meter Knowledge Tower project has been accelerated as a benchmark project for strengthening cooperation between China and Singapore, a new landmark of the knowledge city, and the highest building currently under construction in the city.

Located in the core area of the city, Huangpu's Second Neighborhood Center will open in September, providing six major services including shopping, food, business hotels and entertainment.

The first phase of the big science center for aircraft tires project has entered its final stage.

The main structure of the second phase project of nano intelligent technology park has been fully capped, and is ready to be put into production to offer full-chain services like talent apartments, headquarters office and commercial buildings.
