Huangpu enterprises contribute to Olympics' success

The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics was drawn into a successful conclusion on Feb 20, which was inseperable from the contributions of many Huangpu enterprises.

Guangzhou KingMed Diagnostics Group assembled a team of nearly 500 members to take charge of nucleic acid testing in more than 50 venues including the National Stadium, the National Speed Skating Oval, and the National Indoor Stadium.

Its self-developed mobile medical laboratory was equipped with nearly 30 polymerase chain reaction instruments, increasing the daily testing capacity from 10,000 test tubes to around 30,000. The results could come out in an average of six hours.

Guangzhou Hexin Instrument deployed its volatile organic compounds monitoring vehicles to ensure excellent air quality during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. The vehicle can monitor more than 300 kinds of VOCs and trace the source of pollution precisely. The cruising ability of the vehicle can reach more than 10 hours.

The panoramic multi-channel central control service system of Guangzhou Leafun Culture Science and Technology were used in Olympics venues such as the Wukesong Sports Centre for spectators to enjoy the same audio effect as that of opera houses.

In addition to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the enterprise also contributed previously its strength to the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics and to the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010.
